Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to the product or service being delivered.
- To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email or phone and request a cancellation.
- If the product or service has already been delivered, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our refund policy (see below).
Return & Refund Policy:
- If the product or service has not been delivered, customers are entitled to a full refund.
- If the product or service has been delivered but is defective we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product at no additional cost. However, customer must provide a video recording of the unboxing of the product.
- If the product or service has been delivered and used by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund.
- All return and refund requests must be made within 14 days of the product or service being delivered.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being approved.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (e.g. credit card refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment).
