Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to the product or service being delivered.
  2. To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email or phone and request a cancellation.
  3. If the product or service has already been delivered, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our refund policy (see below).

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. If the product or service has not been delivered, customers are entitled to a full refund.
  2. If the product or service has been delivered but is defective we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product at no additional cost. However, customer must provide a video recording of the unboxing of the product.
  3. If the product or service has been delivered and used by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund.
  4. All return and refund requests must be made within 14 days of the product or service being delivered.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being approved.
  6. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (e.g. credit card refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment).
